The method comprises the steps that current target non-transaction tables to be migrated are obtained from non-transaction tables included in a source database, read locks are added for the target non-transaction tables, the target non-transaction tables are migrated toa target database, the read locks of the target non-transaction tables are released, first log records corresponding to the target non-transaction tables are obtained after migration of the target non-transaction tables is completed, and modification operation is conducted on the target non-transaction tables in the target database according to the first log records. By applying the embodiment, the read locks are added only for the current target non-transaction tables to be migrated and are released after the migration of the target non-transaction tables is completed, and the phenomenon canbe avoided that source databases are not available for a long time.
