The inclination-rectifying method by uplifting includes the following steps: 1) digging a workingpit in foundation soil in an area, with a relatively-large settlement, of the foundation of the inclined building, to expose an independent foundation under a frame column in the area; 2) drilling holes down in the bottom of the working pit dug in the step 1) until a hard load-bearing soil layer is reached; 3) placing steel reinforcement cages and pouring concrete into the drilled holes to form bored concrete piles; 4) arranging a supporting device horizontally on the frame column; 5) placing uplifting devices between the top surfaces of the bored concrete piles and the supporting device; 6)using the uplifting devices to uplift the frame column and the independent foundation, of which the settlement is relatively large, through the supporting device, measuring the inclination rate of thebuilding and the settlement difference between the frame columns, and stopping uplifting when the inclination rate of the building and the settlement difference between the frame columns are smallerthan the allowable deviations stipulated in the specification; and 7) pouring concrete into gaps between the independent foundation and the foundation soil.
