A screw, a motor, and a guide wheelare also arranged inside the seeding wheel housing. The guide wheel is connected to the screw lever through a central screw hole of the guide wheel; two ends of the screw are respectively connected with a bearing; one end of the screw is also connected with the motor; the motor drives the screw to rotate; the guide wheel is of a conical structure; a sliding slot is arranged on the guiding wheel;a sliding block is arranged on the sliding slot; a blocking blocks are connected to the sliding block; and the blocking block are arranged in the through holes of the seeding wheel housing.
