Abstract

The invention provides a used part remanufacturing evaluation system and method. The system comprises a recycling module, a disassembling module, a cleaning module, a detection module and an evaluation module. The remanufacturability of the used parts is evaluated by starting from the remanufacturing product life cycle, and an evaluation indication set is accordingly established and the relevant satisfaction about the evaluation indicators is collected by using the KJ method and an importance comparison matrix between the indicators is established. The maximum deviation analysis method is introduced to the fuzzy extension analytic hierarchy process so that the weight of each indicator can be effectively calculated and the subjectivity of the expert scoring process can be reduced. The indicators are scientifically ordered by the calculated comprehensive evaluation value of the indicators and the remanufacturability of the used parts is evaluated. The corresponding decision is made according to the evaluation result. The remanufacturing process can be simplified by the integrated and comprehensive indicator evaluation system so that the remanufacturing process efficiency can be greatly enhanced.
