The garden solar LED lamp comprises a lamp pole, wherein a base is arranged at the bottom of the lamp pole; assembling holes are symmetrically formed in the positions, on the two sides of the lamp pole, of the top of the base; a turnplate movably connected with the lamp pole is arranged at the top pf the lamp pole;a first mounting rack movably connected with the turnplate is arranged on one side of the top of the turnplate; the first mounting rack is matched with a solar cell module; a first servo motor is arranged on the other side of the top of the turnplate; a control box is arranged at the top of one side of the outer wall of the lamp pole, a second mounting rack is arranged at the top of the other side of the outer wall of the lamp pole, and a second servo motor is arranged in the center of the bottom of the inner wall of the second mounting rack; a lamp box movably connected with the second mounting rack is arranged on the inner side of the second mounting rack in a matching manner; and a heat dissipation layer is arranged on the outer wall of the lamp box, a plurality of water outlet holes are formed in the top of the outer wall of the heat dissipation layer, and a water delivery pipe is arranged at the bottom of the heat dissipation layer.
