In each circuitboard the conductive layer is opposite to the other circuit board, and is separated from the other circuit board, and the conductive layer is electrically connected with the other circuit board and isprovided with an element. In a direction far from the other circuit board, the conductive layer, the insulating layer and the shielding layer are sequentially overlapped. The shielding layer is usedfor the electromagnetic shielding of the element between the two circuit boards. According to the embodiment of the invention, the circuit board structure can achieve the increasing of the bearing area under the condition that the electromagnetic shielding performance of the circuit board structure is guaranteed, and is enabled to bear more elements.
