The method comprises the following steps of: obtaining each data in a mobile network; storing thedata into a distributed database hbase; performing online analysis calculation and offline analysis processing in a hadoop cluster; and generating a Fenix prediction report, and configuring a suggestion on optimization and a performance optimization scheme according to the prediction report. In the step of obtaining each data in the mobile network, the obtained data packet comprises measurement data in a fixed network and various business data generated in the client communication process in a region. The measurement of the data comprises the steps of: collecting traffic statistical data, andobtaining parameter RSRP (Reference Signal Receiving Power) of signal intensity; and the business data comprises data generated by voice communication business and flow data business.
