The system comprises a bottom popular science resource management module, which is used for adding, deleting and modifying data tables of resources from different sources in heterogeneous databases to ensure the updating of requested resources; a popular science resource database comprising a plurality of databases for storing different popular science resource data; a logical distribution process layer used for establishing a data distribution middleware, receiving different data requests ofa plurality of terminal, requesting distribution of unified resource data to that plurality of terminals, and uniformly distributing data in the unified resource database to the different terminals; apush terminal which includes a plurality of terminals for requesting different data, and sends the different data requests to a logical distribution processing module. The invention solves the problem that a plurality of heterogeneous data encountered in the traditional scheme cannot be distributed and shared to a plurality of terminals, and the unified data middleware compiled according to different data updating modes greatly simplifies the request flow and improves the system distribution performance.
