Abstract

A method for evaluating the public toxicity impact of consequences of nuclear facilities accidents includes the following steps: (1) accident state analysis; (2) radionuclide toxicity analysis and index determination; (3) identification of key resident groups and representative individuals; (4) radiation effects caused by radioactive gaseous effluents and estimation of compound concentration; and(5) accident consequence evaluation. The method provided by the present invention includes not only radiation environmental impact assessment, but also toxicity assessment of toxic compounds (nuclidesand toxic compounds) to the public. In the nuclear accident consequence evaluation, the result can be more accurate.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of nuclear technology, and in particular relates to a method for evaluating the public toxicity impact of nuclear facility accident consequences. Background technique [0002] Generally, nuclear fuel cycle facilities will discharge certain radioactive gaseous effluents to the environment during normal operation and possible accidents. After the radioactive gaseous effluent is purified by the filter system, it enters the atmosphere in the form of radioactive aerosol. Through atmospheric diffusion, the specific activity of radioactive aerosols on the ground can be monitored at different distances from the discharge point. In GB18871-2002 "Basic Standards for Ionizing Radiation Protection and Radiation Source Safety", the toxicity grouping of nuclides is listed, and nuclides are divided into extremely toxic groups, high toxic groups, poisonous groups and low toxic groups, etc., listed in the standard The released nucli...
