Abstract

The manufacturing method includes the following steps: providing an underlayment substrate; forming a first insulating layer; forming a first metal layer which includes multiple metal conductive parts; forming a flat layer, and arranging first through holes in the flat layer to expose the surfaces of the metal conductive parts; forming a second insulating layer, arranging second through holes in the second insulating layer to expose at least part of the surfaces of the metal conductive parts, and arranging third through holes in the second insulating layer to expose the flat layer and form flat layer columns; forming a transparent conductive layer, wherein the transparent conductive layer includes a plurality of transparent conductive parts,and the transparent conductive parts and the metal conductive parts constitute the conductive pads.
