The camera is installed in a cab, and used for collecting human face images of drivers and transmitting the collected human face images to the processor through electrical signals; the processor is used for calculating the driving time of the drivers, and when the driving time exceeds a predetermined threshold, fatigue signals are sent to the alarm module and the speed limiting module; the alarm module provides sound and/or visual alarms to the drivers after receiving the fatigue signals; and the speed limiting module limits the driving speed of vehicles after receiving the fatigue signals.
