The deoiling agent is prepared from the following components in percent by mass: 10-40% of a sulfone organicsolvent, 3-15% of organic amine, 5-18% of a penetrant, 0.3-4% of a corrosion inhibitor, 0.1-1.5% of a nonionic surfactant A, 0.3-2% of a nonionic surfactant B and water. The nonionic surfactant A is N,N-dimethyl cetyl-N-amine oxide; the nonionic surfactant B is di-octyl sulfoxide. The deoiling agent can remove oil on the surface of a lead frame effectively, has the characteristics of being low infoam, low in corrosion, small in environmental damage, non-toxic and mild in cleaning condition and has a wide application prospect.
