Abstract

The invention relates to a controllable preparation method and application of a SnSe/SnSe < 2 > composite material. The invention designs a novel p-type nano composite material. According to the preparation method, the p-n heterostructure SnSe(50%)/SnSe < 2 > nano composite material is synthesized in one step by adjusting the ratio of raw materials and using a solvothermal method. The method (SnSe(50%)/SnSe2) is simple and fast, and raw materials are cheap and easily available. Meanwhile, the material shows excellent gas sensitivity to NO2 at room temperature, and shows higher sensitivity (NO2, 100ppb, 20%) and selectivity compared with single-component SnSe and SnSe2. Under the irradiation of 405nm laser, SnSe (50%)/SnSe2 is further improved, the response value (NH2, 100ppb and 120%) isnearly 6 times higher than that of the prior art, and the NO2 gas desorption capacity is further improved.
