The method comprises the following steps of: adding a graphene oxide into glacial acetic acid, and performing ultrasonic dispersion to obtain dispersion liquid of the graphene oxide; and adding a titanium source into the dispersion liquid of the graphene oxide, and preparing the graphene / mesoporous titanium dioxide nanometer composite visible light catalyst in a one-step in-situ form by a hydrothermal method. The graphene / mesoporous titanium dioxide visible light catalyst has the advantages of readily available raw materials and low cost, the preparation process is simple and convenient, and titanium dioxide in the obtained nanometer composite material has a nanometer poroid structure, a regular size and a special appearance; and titanium dioxide nanometer granules can be distributed onthe surface of graphene and are high in dispersity. Photocatalytic degradation experiments indicate that the graphene / mesoporous titanium dioxide nanometer composite light catalyst has a good photocatalytic degradation effect on rhodamine B under the irradiation of visible light, and is an ideal nanometer composite visible light catalyst.

The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, preparing Zif-8 from zinc salt and dimethyl imidazole which serve as a raw material; then adding polyethylene glycol 200 and formamide to prepare a Tris-HCl solution of the Zif-8; dissolving tungstic acid in ammonia water, so as to obtain a solution; slowly dropwise adding the two solutions into a polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) solution, so as to obtain a precursor spinning solution, and performing electrostatic spinning and thermal treatment, so as to obtain a final product. According to the WO3/ZnWO4 composite micro-nano fiber produced through the preparation method, a fiber main body is formed by compounding WO3 and ZnWO4 nano particles, and WO3 heterogeneous phase particles are generated on the surface. A metal organic framework material (Zif-8) is introduced into a synthesis process of the WO3 fiber, so that the preparation process is simple and convenient, high in reaction controllability and high in operability; a crystal phase structure and a microstructure of the product are adjustable, and the product has high repetitiveness. The WO3/ZnWO4 composite micro-nano fiber obtained through the preparation method has an important market application prospect on the aspects of gas sensitivity, catalysis and the like.

The ultrafine particles and the nano-particles prepared by adopting the method of the invention have high purity, even granularity and even as well as single appearance, which are crystal of aciform or fusiform; the granularity of the products can be adjusted and controlled by controlling thickness, temperature and alkalinity of the reaction. Metal oxide of the whole technology has high yield, small loss, simple process, easy operation, precipitate which is easy to be precipitated, washed and filtered and low manufacturing cost; the metal oxide of the whole technology is suitable for industrialization manufacturing. The waste alkaline water is recycled which causes little pollution to the environment.

The present invention relates to a lithium iron phosphate electrode material having a three-dimensional hierarchical structure, and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises: 1) sequentially adding a surfactant and a phosphorus source compound to a solvent, and uniformly stirring for use; 2) dispersing an iron source compound in a solvent, and uniformly stirring for use; 3) dispersing a lithium source compound in a solvent, and uniformly stirring for use; 4) mixing and stirring the solutions or suspensions of the phosphorus source compound, the iron source compound and the lithium source compound, and loading into a reaction kettle; 5) carrying out a reaction under a hydrothermal or solvothermal condition, and washing and drying the obtained product to obtain lithium iron phosphate with various hierarchical structures; and 6) calcining to obtain the hierarchical structure lithium iron phosphate material having high crystallinity. According to the present invention, the preparation method is the wet chemical method for preparing the lithium ion battery positive electrode material lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) by adopting the precursor directly obtained through the hydrothermal or solvothermal reaction, and the surface activity structure-oriented method is adopted to design and construct the electrode material having high specific surface area and excellent electrochemical property.
