The prestressed concrete pavement includes cement concrete, V-shaped prestressed tendons, reinforcing rebars, an anchorage zone, and a sliding layer, wherein bi-directional prestressed tendons are bent into a V shape and distributed in the cement concrete in the road driving direction, and the reinforcing rebars are arranged in blank areas of the prestressed reinforcement at both ends of the prestressed pavement; the V-shaped prestressing tendons adopt two-times tension, according to a symmetrical tension principle, one-direction prestressing tendons are tensioned successively from one end of the pavement to the other end, and then reverse prestressing tendons aretensioned successively.
