Abstract

The invention discloses a remote sensing image anomaly detection method and device with rotation invariance, equipment and a computer readable storage medium, and the method comprises the steps: carrying out the image enhancement processing of an original remote sensing image through employing a pre-selected super-resolution algorithm, and obtaining a high-resolution remote sensing image; processing the high-resolution algorithm by using a pre-trained RIFD-CNN to obtain a target remote sensing image with rotation invariance, wherein the RIFD-CNN is generated by adding a rotation invariant regularizer and a Fisher discriminant regularizer in a network architecture of the R-CNN;; and using a pre-selected target detection algorithm to carry out abnormal detection on the target remote sensing image, and determining an abnormal target in the target remote sensing image. According to the method, the device, the equipment and the computer readable storage medium provided by the invention, the accuracy of remote sensing image abnormal target detection is improved.
