Abstract

The invention provides a method for obtaining answers to questions. The method comprises the steps of obtaining the questions; determining at least part of articles in a preset article database as candidate articles, and respectively determining a first score of each candidate article, wherein the first score of any candidate article represents a matching degree between the candidate article and aquestion; determining at least part of texts in each candidate article as candidate texts, and respectively determining a second score of each candidate text, wherein the second score of any candidate text represents a matching degree between the candidate text and the question; and according to the score set of each candidate text, determining at least part of the candidate texts as answers, wherein the score set of any candidate text comprises a second score of the candidate text and a first score of a candidate article to which the candidate text belongs.
