Abstract

The invention discloses a method for connecting an aluminum alloy automobile cable with a copper terminal, comprising the following steps of (1) extracting an aluminum alloy conductor from an aluminumalloy automobile cable, and then ultrasonically soldering the aluminum alloy conductor to the copper terminal; (2) coating the surface of the aluminum alloy conductor at the soldering position with ahigh-temperature-resistant and corrosion-resistant sealant layer and solidifying the sealant layer; (3) wrapping a thermoplastic sleeve around the sealant layer, the aluminum alloy conductor, the copper terminal at the soldering position, and the aluminum alloy automobile cable outer sheath by thermal shrinkage.
