Abstract

The invention discloses a method for automatically identifying correct answers in a community question and answer forum based on artificial intelligence. The method comprises the following operation steps: (1) establishing a data set; (2) extracting information features of the text pair by using a deep learning method; (3) extracting other features of questions and answers by using rules, splicingthe features and the features obtained in the step (2) into a feature vector, and the format of the feature vector is [the BERT prediction probability, the similarity of current answers and excellentanswers, the similarity of answers and questions, and the difference of days]; and (4) training a machine learning classification model and predicting a new post.
