The invention provides a resin-molding device and a method for producing a resin-molded product and aims to reduce the influence of backpressure due to pressure transmission for improving the resin-molded product. The resin-molding device includes a mold-clamping mechanism used for closing a molding die and another molding die; a plunger driving mechanism, which moves a plunger in a cylinder of the molding die; a clamping pressure detection unit, which detects the clamping pressure of the mold-clamping mechanism onto the molding die; a transmission pressure detection portion, which detects thetransmission pressure of the plunger driving mechanism on resin; and a control unit, which controls the mold-clamping mechanism on the basis of the clamping unit detected by the clamping pressure detection unit and the transmission pressure detected by the transmission pressure detection portion. When the control unit detects that the transmission pressure increases, the mold-clamping mechanism is controlled in a manner that the clamping pressure increases relative to the transmission pressure; in addition, when the control unit detects that the transmission pressure decreases, the mold-clamping mechanism is controlled in a manner that the clamping pressure is indenpendent of the transmission pressure and becomes a specified value.
