The fishway is a slope segment and is sequentially provided with a first upstream gate, multiple partition plates and a first downstream gate. The water supplementary channel is a slope segment, multiple water supplementary pipes are arranged between the water supplementary channel and the fishway on the downstream portion, and water supplementary pipe gates are arranged in the water supplementary pipes. A second upstreamgate, a water supplementary pipe gate control mechanism, a fish pound and a second downstream gate are arranged in the water supplementary channel.
