Bypulling the adjusting bracket, the chain can be gradually tightened; this pulling force can be measured via the wall pulley; and when the force measured by the wall pulley is equal to a set value, the corresponding reading of one end of the chain at the position of the adjusting bracket can be recorded to obtain the length of the chain.
