Abstract

The invention discloses a ratchet wheel positioning anti-falling climbing frame. The frame comprises a guide rail, wall-attached guide bases, anti-falling devices and the like, each anti-falling device comprises an anti-falling wheel, an elastic device and a pair of pawls distributed on the two sides of the corresponding anti-falling wheel, wherein each elastic device is connected between the corresponding pair of pawls and maintains the distance between the pair of pawls by providing pre-tightening force, and ratchet wheel teeth are arranged on the side surface of each anti-falling wheel; andwhen the guide rail ascends, the anti-falling wheels rotate clockwise, and when the ratchet wheel teeth collide with the pawls, the pre-tightening force is overcome by inclined face mutual thrust sothat each pair of pawls are pulled open to enable the ratchet wheel teeth to rotationally pass; and when the guide rail descends, the anti-falling wheels rotate anticlockwise, the ratchet wheel teethmeshes with the pawls when colliding with the pawls to prevent the ratchet wheel teeth from rotationally passing, so that the guide rail is braked, and the guide rail is prevented from descending.
