The innercavity of the second air duct is divided by a second partition plate (66) into a second dynamic pressure cavity (65) and a second static pressure cavity (63). The cross section areas of the first dynamic pressure cavity and the second dynamic pressure cavity are gradually reduced in the airflow direction. The cross section areas of the first static pressure cavity and the second static pressure cavity are gradually increased in the airflow direction.
