Abstract
The invention discloses application of a group of serum metabolic markers in predicting individual efficacy of warfarin and guiding individualized medication of the warfarin. It is found that the prediction accuracy of different drug effect samples of warfarin is significantly improved by combining serum metabolic markers guanosine, uridine, fumaric acid and thromboxine B2 with traditional indexesVKORC1 genotype, weight, serum creatinine and amiodarone for drug combination. Therefore, the group of serum metabolic markers can be used for predicting the individual efficacy of warfarin or guiding the individualized medication of warfarin in combination with the traditional indexes, and can be prepared into a kit for predicting the individual efficacy of warfarin or guiding the individualizedmedication of warfarin in combination with the traditional indexes.
Description
technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of biochemistry and relates to the application of markers in the guidance of clinical medication, in particular to the application of a group of serum metabolic markers in predicting the efficacy of individual warfarin and guiding warfarin individualized medication. Background technique [0002] Warfarin (warfarin) is the most commonly used anticoagulant in the prevention and treatment of vascular embolism diseases in the world. Cardiac surgery patients usually need long-term or life-long treatment. Warfarin is also one of the drugs responsible for the most serious adverse events due to its very narrow therapeutic window and high inter-individual variability in drug response. In clinical practice, in order to make warfarin's anticoagulant efficacy index INR (International Normalized Ratio) reach the therapeutic window, the dose of warfarin used by different patients varies by more than 10 times. If the anticoagulant ...
