Problems solved by technology

[0006] However, as in the invention described in Patent Document 1, if a foam heat insulating material is sandwiched between the outer cover and the outer case, there is a possibility that the cover is deformed due to foaming pressure during filling of the foam heat insulating material.

no. 1 approach

[0026] figure 1 It is an external appearance perspective view of the refrigerator concerning 1st Embodiment.

[0027] Such as figure 1 As shown, refrigerator 1A is formed by, for example, arranging refrigerator compartment 2 , ice making compartment 3 , upper freezer compartment 4 , lower freezer compartment 5 , and vegetable compartment 6 from above. In addition, the ice making compartment 3 and the upper freezer compartment 4 are arranged side by side. Refrigerator compartment 2 includes side-by-side refrigerator compartment doors 2a and 2b divided into left and right.

[0028] In addition, 1 A of refrigerators are isolated by the heat insulation box 10 which filled the inside of the box and the inside of the box with the foam heat insulating material. The heat insulation box 10 is equipped with a vacuum heat insulation material 50 ( image 3 ), the heat insulation property is improved by the vacuum heat insulating material 50. The heat-insulating box 10 includes an out...

no. 2 approach

[0083] Figure 9 It is a schematic diagram showing the positional relationship between the operation panel and the heat insulation box of the second embodiment.

[0084] Such as Figure 9 As shown, refrigerator 1B in the second embodiment has a structure in which concave-shaped step portion 12m is formed on inclined surface 12a1 of side wall 12a. The stepped portion 12m includes a rectangular cylindrical body 12m1 extending from the opening of the side wall 12a toward the side panel, and an annular portion 12m2 extending inward from the tip of the cylindrical portion 12m1. The annular portion 12m2 is formed approximately parallel to the vacuum heat insulating material 50 . In other words, the annular portion 12m2 is formed substantially parallel to the side panel 11a. In addition, the stepped portion 12m has a smaller (smaller) protrusion amount (dimension) on the front side than the protrusion amount (dimension) on the back side in the protrusion amount to the rear side of...

no. 3 approach

[0089] Figure 10 It is a schematic diagram showing the positional relationship between the operation panel and the heat insulation box of the third embodiment.

[0090] Such as Figure 10 As shown, refrigerator 1C in the third embodiment has a structure in which convex-shaped step portion 12p is formed on inclined surface 12a1 of side wall 12a. The stepped portion 12p includes a rectangular cylindrical body 12p1 extending inwardly from the opening of the side wall 12a, and an annular portion 12p2 extending inward from the front end of the cylindrical body 12p1. The annular portion 12p2 is formed approximately parallel to the vacuum heat insulating material 50 . In other words, the annular portion 12p2 is formed substantially parallel to the side panel 11a. In addition, the stepped portion 12p has a dimension in which the protrusion amount (dimension) of the front side is increased (larger) than the protrusion amount (dimension) of the back side in the protrusion amount tow...

Abstract

An object of the present invention is to provide a refrigerator capable of suppressing an unnecessary space waste. The refrigerator of the present invention comprises: an operation panel (20) having afront surface member (21); a control substrate (31) provided on the back side of the front surface member (21); a substrate housing portion (41) for housing the control substrate (31) and fixing thefront surface member (21); and a heat insulating box (10) provided with a foam heat insulating material and a vacuum heat insulating material (50) between an outer case (11) and an inner case (12) forconfiguring the operation panel (20) on a side wall (12a) of the inner case (12), wherein there is no foam heat insulating material present at least near the center in the gap between the vacuum heatinsulating material (50) or the outer case (11) and the bottom of the substrate housing portion (41).

Description

[0001] This application is a divisional application; the application number of its parent case is "2018101828544", and the invention name is "refrigerator". technical field [0002] The present invention relates to refrigerators. Background technique [0003] Patent Document 1 describes a refrigerator in which an operation panel is provided on a side surface in a box. In the refrigerator described in this patent document 1, the cover is provided in order to prevent the foam heat insulating material from entering the board|substrate of an operation panel. [0004] prior art literature [0005] Patent Document 1: Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2003-176978 [0006] However, as in the invention described in Patent Document 1, if a foam heat insulating material is sandwiched between the outer cover and the outer case, the cover may be deformed by foaming pressure during filling of the foam heat insulating material. Therefore, it is necessary to leave a margin in the space betwe...
