Abstract

The method comprises the following steps: firstly, designing flexible excitation coils with five configurations; secondly, designing five corresponding magnet distribution structures; thirdly, designing a flexible silica gel shell, and integrating a flexible coil and a flexible magnet; finally, controlling anelectromagnetic ultrasonic probe through a clamp, and guaranting that the probe is always tightly attached to a material curved surface in the automatic measurement process.
