Abstract

A workshop production scheduling and analysis method based on a scheduling rule comprises the following steps: binding an order-process-resource relationship, and performing index analysis on different orders; establishing a multi-constraint planning production scheduling mathematical model, solving the model by using a rolling time domain algorithm in combination with a priority rule and an evaluation index of workshop scheduling, and visualizing a production scheduling result by using a Gantt chart; and performing mining analysis by using the process flow sequence and evaluating the method by using the performance indexes of the production scheduling model. The production process can be optimized, the efficiency of personnel and processes is improved, and the delivery rate and the equipment utilization rate are improved; and scenes existing in a factory are fully considered, order demands of the market are met in real time, and possible emergencies are solved.
