The invention discloses a space-based infrared aerial target detection wave band selection method. The method comprises the following steps of firstly, systematically establishing a radiation characteristic model of the whole aerial target in an infrared wave band, and then establishing radiation characteristic models of several common backgrounds; on the basis of radiation characteristics of a target and a background, a signal-noise-clutter joint ratio (SNCR) being proposed by combining a signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) and a signal-to-clutter ratio (SCR), and overall radiation characteristic intensity of the target being evaluated by taking the SNCR as an evaluation standard; and respectively calculating SNCR values of the air target in different wave band intervals, determining a peak value interval of SNCR, and taking the interval as a detection wave band of the space-based air target. The method can provide a basis for improving intensity of the target signal acquired by the space-based infrared detection system, improves the contrast ratio of the target to the background clutter and the system noise, and remarkably improves discovery capability of the detection system to the aerial target.
Description
technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical fields of infrared remote sensing and infrared space, and in particular relates to a method for selecting bands for space-based infrared aerial target detection. Background technique [0002] When the target is detected under long-distance conditions, due to the long detection distance, the signal of the target is weak, and the background clutter is complex, the noise of the detector is obvious, and the detection effect is mainly affected by three aspects: the first is that the target is in flight. Among them, the diversity of background changes, such as sea surface background, cloud background, city background, etc., so there is a strong background clutter; the second is the influence of the atmosphere, the target radiation will be absorbed by some in the atmosphere during the process of penetrating the atmosphere The gas is selectively absorbed or scattered by the suspended particles in the atmosphere. The above...
