The invention provides a method and a device for intelligently adjusting and predicting unbalanced load of a power distribution network, the method is applied to monitoring equipment of a cloud monitoring layer, and the method comprises the following steps: step 1, receiving operation state data of dynamic compensation equipment, intelligent commutation equipment and an intelligent instrument in a low-voltage power distribution network; the operation state data is sent through a network layer protocol; 2, calculating the unbalance degree of three-phase power utilization in the low-voltage power distribution network; 3, adjusting a three-phase load according to the unbalance degree, and improving the electric energy quality of three-phase output; or extracting historical data of the operation state of the low-voltage power distribution network, and performing clustering analysis on the operation state data to form different classifications; and the load of the low-voltage distribution network can be predicted based on the operation state data and the different classifications.
