The method comprises the steps of detecting a connection state between an ATM and a bank system, and if the connection state is an offline state, obtaining wallet information and financial transaction information of a personal hardware wallet of a user; judging whether the wallet information meets a preset information requirement or not, and if the wallet information meets the preset information requirement, executing financial transaction operation on the digital currency in the personal hardware wallet according to the financial transaction information; and recording financial transaction information and financial transaction operation, uploading the financial transaction information to the bank transaction system when the connection state is a connection state, and executing financial execution operation corresponding to the financial transaction operation on a transaction account matched with the wallet information in the bank transaction system.
