Abstract

The invention provides a variable bend that allows a cheek rest to be accurately adjusted and to be firmly fixed to a gunstock without impairing the gunstock. A pad base is fixed between a rear-end face of the stock and a shoulder pad. A bend frame is fixed to the stock by plastically deforming a joint portion in conformity with a shape of an upper part of the stock, by adhering the joint portion with the upper part of the stock and by fixing an attachment plate to a coupling portion of the pad base. Then, the cheek piece is vertically adjustably fixed to the bend frame.
