veterinary drugs. The device includes an ultrasonic cleaning box with a drain outlet, a cleaning chamber within which a lifting frame is slidably connected. An electric push rod is fixedly installed on the top outer wall of the ultrasonic cleaning box. This invention utilizes a filter plate to filter the water in the cleaning chamber during each cleaning cycle. The filter plate separates
sediment from the raw materials, preventing
sediment from re-adhering to the materials. As the filter plate moves downwards, it pushes
sediment to the bottom of the cleaning chamber, ensuring the cleanliness of the water in contact with the raw materials. This reduces the frequency of water replacement, improves water utilization, and avoids the situation in existing technologies where frequent
discharge of turbid
wastewater and injection of
fresh water are necessary to maintain cleaning cleanliness, leading to reduced efficiency in
raw material cleaning.
