The invention discloses a reactive orange / ZnO nano composite material with a nuclear shell structure and a preparation method thereof. The composite material is that the outside of reactive orange paint is coated with a ZnO coating layer; and the preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing a mixed liquor by sodium dodecyl sulfate and n-amyl alcohol; preparing a quasi-binary component system by the mixed liquor and xylene; preparing an aqueous solution of reactive orange by the reactive orange paint and water; preparing a microemulsion A, a microemulsion B and a microemulsion Cby reacting the quasi-binary component system and the aqueous solution of the reactive orange, a zinc nitrate solution and a sodium hydroxide solution respectively; heating the microemulsion A at a constant temperature by water bath, dropwise adding the microemulsion B into the microemulsion A with stirring, and adding the microemulsion C to form a mixed solution; and performing centrifugal separation on the mixed solution to obtain a deposit, cleaning the deposit, placing the deposit under the conditions of vacuum and constant temperature for drying, and obtaining the reactive orange / ZnO nano composite material with the nuclear shell structure. The composite material has excellent performances of ultraviolet prevention, antibiosis, deodorization, harmlessness, no pollution, and the like.

High-efficiency decolorizing additive agent for dyeing waste water and method for preparing same

The invention discloses a highly efficient dye effluent discoloring additive and a preparation method thereof. The dye effluent discoloring additive is prepared basically by the materials in portion by mass: 2 to 2.2 portions of alkaline chitosan, 8 to 8.5 portions of dicyandiamide and 5 to 5.5 portions of aluminum sulfate. The preparation method comprises the steps of: charging in portion by mass the alkaline chitosan, the dicyandiamide and the aluminum sulfate, and fully and evenly mixing the mixture, controlling the reaction temperature between 50 and 55 DEC C, the reaction PH value between 2 and 2.5 for 3 to 3.5 hour reaction to obtain the discoloring additive. The discoloring additive prepared by the method presents an excellent effect in discoloring the dye effluent, the discoloring ratios for four typical dyes such as reactive orange, acidulous Kaprun red, neutral 2V25 black and 5 GS green are all over ninety-two percent, and the novel highly efficient dye effluent discoloring additive has no harmful substances remaining, belongs to a green environmental protection sewage treatment agent and meanwhile, the preparation method is simple in preparation, low in cost, convenient to use and has a better application value.

Polyactive bright orange k-7r membrane electrode, preparation method and application method thereof

The invention discloses a polymerized reactive brilliant orange K-7R membrane electrode which structurally comprises a graphite rod and a polymerized reactive brilliant orange K-7R membrane wrapping the surface of the graphite rod, wherein copper wires are connected to two ends of the graphite rod; the copper wires are fixed on the graphite rod through rubber clamps. The invention further discloses a preparation method of the polymerized reactive brilliant orange K-7R membrane electrode. The preparation method specifically comprises the following steps: 1, preparing a graphite electrode, and 2, preparing the polymerized reactive brilliant orange K-7R membrane on the graphite electrode. The problems that a conventional pH meter is high in detection cost and complete to operate are solved. The invention further discloses a method for the pH detection by using the prepared polymerized reactive brilliant orange K-7R membrane graphite electrode. The method specifically comprises the following steps: 1, connecting the prepared polymerized reactive brilliant orange K-7R membrane graphite electrode according to a zero current potential system device, and 2, performing the detection and the calculation on the pH of a sample solution according to a relationship equation, EZCP=a-bM, between the zero current potential EZCP and the concentration of p-chloroaniline.

Coffee reactive dye composition and dyeing process

The invention relates to a coffee reactive dye composition and a dyeing process. The dyeing process is characterized by comprising the following steps: 1, feeding cloth in a dye vat, adding caustic soda, a deoil agent and a refining agent, when the temperature is raised to 70-75 DEG C, adding a hydrogen peroxide solution, heating the mixture to 98-100 DEG C, and conducting cotton bleaching for 10-12 minutes; 2, washing the mixture with clear water, heating the mixture to 60-65 DEG C, adding anhydrous sodium sulphate into the dye vat, subsequently, raising the temperature to 65-66 DEG C, slowly adding dye which is stirred uniformly, and completing dye adding within 10-15 minutes; subsequently, adding sodium carbonate, and preserving the temperature for 10-15 minutes, wherein the dye comprises reactive red LC-DB, reactive orange LC-4RN and black B133, the using amount of the reactive red LC-DB is 0.75% o.w.f +/- 0.5 mg, the using amount of the reactive orange LC-4RN is 1.5% o.w.f +/- 0.5 mg, and the using amount of the black B133 is 1.55% o.w.f +/- 0.5 mg; 3, conducting fixation, after fixation is ended, conducting washing with clear water, conducting pickling, conducing washing with clear water, conducting soaping, conducting washing with clear water, and taking the cloth out of the vat after pickling is completed. By means of the coffee reactive dye composition and the dyeing process, consumption of dye for fabric in dark color is reduced, generation of colored tone is avoided, the utilization rate of the dye is raised, and sewage drainage is reduced.
