The method comprises the following steps that I, diving or floating operation is started through a control platform; II, feeding is conducted through a delivery system; III, when the deep sea net cage floats upwards, a net cage can be cleaned and maintained through a cleaning system, and cleaning comprises cleaning of a camera lens of a monitoring system and cleaning of a netting; IV, a mobile client detects imaging data of water temperature, water quality, dissolved oxygen, residues and aquatic creatures through an underwater measurement and control and oxygenation system. According to the method, the problem of insufficient management initial release and storm resistance of a traditional deep sea aquaculture net cage is solved, and the deep sea net cage is managed in a floating and sinking manner, so that the damage rate caused by typhoon attack is effectively avoided. The deep sea aquaculture safety guarantee is improved, meanwhile, the deep sea aquaculture space and the adaptive sea area are greatly expanded, the offshore aquaculture ecological environment is improved, and a new chapter is opened for deep sea fishery.
