The three-dimensional display method comprises the following steps: obtaining original brightness values of sub pixels of various colors of pixels in an original signal of a to-be-displayed image; determining the compensation pixel of each sub pixel, wherein part of compensation pixels corresponding to the sub pixel are positioned in columns where the sub pixels are located; part of compensation pixels are positioned in adjacent columns of the columns where the sub pixels are located; for the sub pixels of the pixel arrays, calculating target brightness values of sub pixels according to original brightness values and occupied weight of compensation sub pixels with the same color as the sub pixels in the compensation pixels corresponding to the sub pixels; and displaying the to-be-displayed images according to target brightness values of the sub pixels of the pixel arrays and dividing the displayed image to two views through the raster. By utilizing the three-dimensional display method and the three-dimensional display device, PPI of the image is improved, and the three-dimensional display effect of the image is improved.
