This invention provides a reactive deodorizing agent matrix, its preparation method, and its application, specifically relating to the field of deodorizing agent technology. The reactive deodorizing agent matrix provided by this invention, by
mass percentage, comprises the following raw materials: 37-65% organic
wax, 12-20% emulsifier, 1-5%
butene copolymer, 1-3%
antioxidant, 1-5% oxidant, and 20-30%
zinc-containing compound. This invention utilizes the oxidant to induce the
zinc-containing compound to react with the
wax, emulsifier,
butene copolymer, and
antioxidant under specific conditions, forming a chelate centered on
zinc ions. This chelate contains various functional groups that can interact with
odor molecules to form chemical bonds, resulting in an irreversible
chemical reaction under quasi-
chelation, rapidly and permanently removing
odor molecules. The
antioxidant stabilizes the chemical bonds between the
zinc ion chelate and the
odor molecules, improving the long-term stability of the chemical bonds and maintaining the long-term stability of the deodorizing effect.
