Preparation method of oil/rosin base liquid calcium-zinc composite stabilizing agent used for PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride)

The invention relates to a preparation method of an oil/rosin base liquid calcium-zinc composite stabilizing agent used for PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride). The preparation method comprises the following steps of: (1) taking industrial fatty acid and rosin as raw materials, and synthesizing an oil/rosin base composite binary acid through a Diels-Alder reaction; (2) respectively and uniformly stirring any two metallic compounds of zinc oxide, calcium hydroxide and calcium oxide with the oil/rosin base composite binary acid and a solvent, then raising the temperature to 80-150 DEG C, refluxing for 0.5-4 hours, and distilling to remove the solvent under a vacuum degree of 1-2mmHg to obtain corresponding oil/rosin base composite binary acids of two metals; and (3) dissolving a proper quantity of the oil/rosin base composite binary acids of the two metals in a mixed solution of epoxidized soybean oil, an antioxidant, liquid paraffin, phosphite ester and beta-diketone, and filtering to obtain the oil/rosin base liquid calcium-zinc composite stabilizing agent. The oil/rosin base liquid calcium-zinc composite stabilizing agent prepared by the preparation method is used for the field of PVC plastic processing, and reproducible natural oil resources are adopted as main raw materials, so that the product has the characteristics of good thermal stability and basically no toxicity and belongs to an environmentally-friendly like product with a high cost performance.

Preparation method of PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) phenol-free heat stabilizer

The invention discloses a preparation method of a PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) phenol-free heat stabilizer. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: (1) putting a certain quantity of eleostearic acid in a reaction bulb and stirring and heating to 65-75 DEG C; adding maleic anhydride according to a molar ratio of 1:(0.5-1.5) and then raising the temperature to 100-180 DEG C; refluxing for 1-6h, distilling under a vacuum degree of 2mmHg to remove nonreactive substances and decolorizing by using active carbon to obtain elaeostearic anhydride which is an intermediate product; (2) taking any two metallic compounds of zinc oxide, calcium hydroxide and magnesium oxide and uniformly stirring the metallic compounds respectively with the elaeostearic anhydride and a solvent; then adding a defoaming agent and a phenol-free antioxidant to react to obtain eleostearates corresponding to two metals; (3) uniformly mixing a proper quantity of the eleostearates of the two metals and then reacting with the solvent and the phenol-free antioxidant; and filtering to obtain the PVC phenol-free composite heat stabilizer. The prepared phenol-free heat stabilizer is applied to the field of the processing of PVC plastics. The prepared phenol-free heat stabilizer can improve the initial dyeing property and the long-term heat stability of the PVC and has low price.

The invention provides two-component condensation-type thermal-conductive silicone gel and a preparation method thereof. The silicone gel comprises an A component and a B components; the A component comprises the following raw materials, in parts by weight: 35-60 parts of alpha,omega-dihydroxy polydimethylsiloxane, 40-60 parts of silicon micropowder, 0.5-5 parts of a zinc-containing compound, and 0.03-0.1 part of a catalyst; and the B component comprises the following raw materials, in parts by weight: 30-55 parts of alkoxy-terminated polydimethylsiloxane, 40-60 parts of silicon micropowder, 2-10 parts of a cross-linking agent, and 1-5 parts of a coupling agent.
