The rod is in the rod sleeve, which is in the exhaust pipe; the anti-air-exhaust seal ring is adhered to the lower surface of the edge at upper end of the rod sleeve, the anti-air-exhaust spring is looped on the rod sleeve; the anti-air-charging spring is looped on the rod sleeve; the bottom end of the rod sleeve has a circular conical surface, the lower part of the rod sleeve has a clasp; at the upper port of the exhaust pipe, a circular conic surface is provided.
