Thereby, users do not need to be by the side of the computer all the time and can receive files at any time. Files sending will not be failed because of the receiver does not click 'accept' button, particularly for quite important files. The invention has the advantages of convenient automatic files receiving according to users' respective situation, working efficiency and effectiveness improvement.
