Abstract

The present invention discloses a dance teaching machine and detecting method thereof. The dance teaching machine includes a dance pedal, wherein, four step actions acquisition switches are provided on the dance pedal; a dance picture demonstration computer is provided in front of the dance pedal; four infrared sensors are provided at the upper side of the bracket on then dance pedal, four infrared reflecting plates respectively to fore and after, right and left, are provided on the external side of the step actions acquisition switches, a central support plate is an area surrounded by the step actions acquisition switches; a signal processing plate is provided, the step actions acquisition switches are respectively connected to the signal processing plate, the signal processing plate andthe infrared sensors are respectively connected to the input terminal of the dance picture demonstration computer. The detection method of the invention includes establishing an action data-base of the direction of hand movements and the direction of foot movements as well as times; playing music, showing the action symbols, detecting real-time action data; and comparing the collected real-time action data with the data in the action data-base. The present invention cause the dance learning become easy and more fun.
