Abstract

The invention discloses a method of judging accelerator instead of brake and a method of automatic brake. The method is implemented by a single chip microcomputer with preset program, and a set of misoperation detecting system, a set of oil circuit controlling system and a set of brake controlling system, which are connected with the single chip microcomputer; the misoperation detecting system includes an acceleration sensor disposed on lower surface of the accelerator, a distance detecting sensor disposed on front terminal of vehicles, and an inclination sensor disposed on vehicle body; the oil circuit controlling system includes an oil-cut solenoid valve which is connected with and controlled by the single chip microcomputer; the brake controlling system includes an armature disposed ona connecting rod of the brake board, an electromagnet adjacented with the armature is disposed on rear of the connecting rod, circuit loop of the electromagnet is connected with and controlled by thesingle chip microcomputer. The method increases judgement condition of error brake of vehicles, such that judgement of error accelerator of drivers is more accurate, reliable, which avoids accidents caused by inaccurate judgement.
