The invention relates to a method for correcting time-delay deviation among channels in an MIMO base station system, comprising the following steps: obtaining reference synchronous time of each outdoor unit relative to other outdoor units according to a synchronous sequence received and transmitted by each outdoor unit; determining the transmission time-delay compensation parameter and reception time-delay compensation parameter of a channels corresponding to each outdoor unit according to the reference synchronous time of each outdoor unit relative to other outdoor units; and correcting the time-delay deviation among channels corresponding to each outdoor unit according to the transmission time-delay compensation parameter and the reception time-delay compensation parameter. The embodiment of the invention also provides an MIMO base station system, and a device for correcting time-delay deviation among channels. The invention can realize time-delay compensation for transmitting all channels, requires no segmenting measurement and reduces the complexity for correcting time-delay deviation among channels according to the transmission time-delay compensation parameter and the reception time-delay compensation parameter obtained by the outdoor unit relative to other outdoor units.
