Abstract
The invention discloses a new special solid complex enzyme (ALD, TIM and GDH) reagent for determining the content of fructose diphosphate sodium (FDP) and a preparation method and an application method thereof. The solid complex enzyme comprises aldolase (ALD), triosephosphate isomerase (TIM) and glycerol phosphate dehydrogenase (GDH). In the invention, the solid complex enzyme reagent containing the aldolase (ALD), the triosephosphate isomerase (TIM) and the glycerol phosphate dehydrogenase (GDH) is extracted from animal muscles as main raw materials under a certain condition. The solid complex enzyme can determine the content of the fructose diphosphate sodium under a certain condition, and has the characteristics of strong specificity (the solid complex enzyme reacts with only the fructose diphosphate sodium and does not react with glucose, fructose, glucose 6-phosphate or fructose 6-phosphate), good repeatability (RSD=1.45%, n=6), higher accuracy and simple and convenient operation.
