The invention relates to an air conditioning cabinet with a sensible heat recovering function, comprising a sensible heat exchanger, an inlet air valve, an outlet air valve and a surface heat exchanger; the air conditioning cabinet has the technical characteristics that: two inlet air valves and two air outlet valves are arranged in the air conditioning cabinet, the sensible heat exchanger is additionally arranged in front of the surface heat exchanger, when the air is needed to be heated again after being cooled and dehumidified, the inlet and outlet air valves are adjusted, so as to lead the air to be pre-cooled by passing through a heat air channel of the sensible heat exchanger after entering in the sensible heat exchanger, and then cooling and dehumidification are carried out to the air after entering in the surface heat exchanger; after the air is dehumidified without being heated or dehumidified again, the air conditioning cabinet can realize conventional air cooling processingflow by adjusting the inlet and outlet air valves. The air conditioning cabinet not only can realize conventional air cooling processing flow, but also can realize the flows that the sensible heat ofthe air to be processed is exchanged and precooled and the dehumidified air is heated again free of charge, thereby reducing processing energy consumption.
