The USB connector is provided at one end of the housing, and the print circuit board is provided in a cavity of the housing. The portion of the gold finger extending beyond the edge of the other end of the transparent substrate is connected with the print circuit board. The light emitting equipment is provided on the print circuit board. The ray emitted by the light emitting equipment can penetrate the transparent substrate. A wireless modem including the USB device is further provided.
