Abstract

The system at least comprises one signal receiving device, one heterogeneous data storage device, a complete heterogeneous geographic data query system, wireless communication hardware and an intelligent terminal, wherein the signal receiving device receives monitoring data and stores the data in workstations distributed in all regions; the heterogeneous geographic data storage device takes charge of classifying, normalizing and permanently storing the data on the workstations. When a query request of the intelligent terminal is received, whether a user is authorized is checked, and query the heterogeneous geographic data by the heterogeneous geographic data query system after the check of the authorization of the user is confirmed. After being agreed by wireless communication hardware responsible person and corresponding agents, the query results are sent to the terminal.
