In the invention, the overflow tanks are arranged below the first refrigerator and the second refrigerator, and the overflow tanks are respectively connected with the first refrigerator and the second refrigerator through the pipes, so that a gas sample is condensed by the two refrigerators. When the temperature of the gas sample is lowered below a dew point, water in the gas sample turns into liquid and flows into the overflow tanks under self gravity, and meanwhile, water in the overflow tanks has a function for sealing gas. The water is drained in a mode of adopting the overflow tanks, the failure rate is greatly reduced, and the maintenance work is also reduced.
