Embodiment Construction

[0020] In the future, the industrial model of household appliance manufacturers will no longer be limited to manufacturing, but will be based on products as a platform and service as their theme. With the transformation of the service system, the maintenance of household appliances will also be continuously updated with the advancement of technology. In the new service system, manufacturers do not passively obtain repair information from users, but take the initiative to maintain it, so as to prevent problems before they happen and carry out targeted repairs at the first time.

Abstract

The invention discloses a household electrical appliance maintenance system and a household electrical appliance with a self-checking function. The system disclosed by the invention comprises a household electrical appliance and a remote server, wherein the household electrical appliance comprises a hardware self-checking unit, an operation monitoring unit and a data finishing unit; the hardware self-checking unit is used for starting a self-checking program to check the hardware data of the household electrical appliance; the operation monitoring unit is used for detecting the operating data of the household electrical appliance; the data finishing unit is used for obtaining the hardware data from the hardware self-checking unit, obtaining the operating data from the operation monitoring unit and determining the abnormal data by comparing the hardware data and the operating data with preset normal data; the remote server comprises a data analysis unit and a maintenance determining unit; the data analysis unit is used for analyzing the abnormal data provided by a fault data finishing unit in the household electrical appliance to determine the operating state of the household electrical appliance; and the maintenance determining unit is used for providing a maintenance scheme with pertinence according to the operating state of the household electrical appliance which is determined by the data analysis unit. The household electrical appliance maintenance system disclosed by the invention can predict potential hidden dangers and alarm a user in time before the household electrical appliance has a fault, and provide the maintenance scheme with pertinence as long as the household electrical appliance has a fault.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of household appliances, in particular to a maintenance system for household appliances and a household appliance with a self-checking function. Background technique [0002] Household appliances are an indispensable part of modern life. If there are hidden dangers or even failures in household appliances, it will bring inconvenience to users' lives. The traditional maintenance method for household appliances is that after the failure of the household appliance, the user contacts the manufacturer's technicians to make an appointment for on-site inspection and repair. Since the technicians do not know the fault before the on-site service, it may take multiple times due to insufficient parts preparation and other problems. The door-to-door service leads to a long maintenance cycle, which not only affects the normal use of users, but also requires manufacturers to invest a lot of manpower and material resources...
