Abstract

The invention relates to a large tonnage lifting hook performance test bench. A rotation assembly comprises: a pedestal, a turntable, a wire rope connecting seat and a hydraulic clamping assembly. The pedestal is connected with the turntable. The wire rope connecting seat is respectively fixed on the turntable. The wire rope connecting seat is connected with a wire rope through a bolt which passes through a center of the wire rope connecting seat. Two hydraulic cylinders are fixed on the turntable. A loading assembly comprises: an installation platform, a jack seat, a jack, an I beam, supporting seats. The jack seat is fixed on the bottom installation platform. The jack is installed in the jack seat. A top of the jack is fixedly connected with the supporting seats through the I beam. The two supporting seats are connected with each other through a supporting shaft. The test bench possesses a double test function of loading and rotation flexibility and a function of overall combinationtest. The test bench can be used to satisfy a detection requirement of lifting hook loading performance which includes: lifting hook pulley tension, lifting hook head tension, lifting hook and pulleyconnection board tension and the like. Simultaneously, the test bench is suitable for detecting rotation flexibility of the lifting hook head.
